Not surprisingly, there is additional paperwork you need to complete after your defense.  Links and instructions should have been provided by the CSSE department office when you scheduled your defense.  In case that didn’t happen, or you are concerned you missed something, here is a list of paperwork to file:

• An online thesis define memo.  This should be initiated by your advisor.  The link is here.
• Each committee member must complete a thesis quality assessment available here.  Follow up with them to ensure the form is complete.
• Additional steps required by campus to approve and submit your thesis to the library.  The steps can be found here.
