The Campus BMS Application requires you to include a Blended Application Curriculum Plan. Here is guidance on how to complete the form:
Pre-Blended Worksheet
- All unit counts for degree programs (e.g., TOTAL DEGREE UNITS, Current Degree Total) and progress toward degree refer to degree applicable units for the blended (BS + MS) portion of your degree. The exclude any minor courses or double-major courses that are not part of the blend.
- The current catalog total units for the paired programs are:
- BS CS: 180 quarter units
- BS SE: 183 quarter units
- BS CPE: 191 quarter units
- MS CS: 45 quarter units
- Use your Degree Progress Report (DPR) to list all courses, including courses you are taking this quarter, needed to complete your BS degree requirements for your paired degree. This excludes minor and double-major.
Blended Curriculum Plan
- Refer to the department policy on double-counting prior to completing the double-counting section. Double-counted courses go into the “BEFORE” box near the top of the spreadsheet.
- The first term in your plan should be the term you are submitting the campus “BMS Application” (most likely the current term). If your plan starts in Winter 26 only use two of the three “Year One” boxes.
